A taste of warmth, called “Nua Nua”
From Kru Pair’s kitchen to a little cafe that wants to be the whole village’s living room.
Thai Soul · Western Heart · Family Cafe

What does “nua” mean?
“Nua” is the Thai word for a flavour so perfectly balanced you close your eyes — rich, full, and warming to the heart. We say it twice, “Nua Nua”, as a promise: that here we take it all the way, in how the food tastes and in how it feels to visit.

A teacher who loved to cook
It all began with Kru Pair — someone who loves the kitchen as much as the classroom, cooking and baking for the people she loves. As the compliments grew louder, a small dream slowly became a real little cafe.

True Thai meets Western
We grew up on som tum, grilled pork and Thai tea — but we fell just as hard for cheesecake, cookies and good coffee. Nua Nua is where those two worlds meet happily. Order spicy shrimp som tum with an iced latte; nobody here will judge.
“I want everyone who stops by to eat something good, made with heart — just like eating at home.”

Fresh, because it’s made with heart
Every pastry is baked in-house, every drink made fresh, every som tum pounded one mortar at a time. We choose to make a little, made well — because each plate should leave the kitchen the way you’d serve your own family.

A cafe for the whole village
At the Phatthra Village clubhouse, Nua Nua isn’t just a shop — it’s the corner where neighbours say hello, children come for treats, and people share good, unhurried time together. Everyone is always welcome.
